Harvey, Molly, and son, Tristan operate Stevens Training Center, a full training facility along with coaching, lessons, and sales. It is located just outside of Peterborough, Ontario.

At Stevens Training Center, horses are trained to compete in Non Pro and Open Events of the NRHA (National Reining Horse Association), as well as, AQHA (American Quarter Horse Association) reining classes.  We also have exhibitors compete in the Youth Events.  At Stevens Training Center, there is a commitment to have as much fun as possible, all while showing horses to their greatest potential.  We also believe in helping others reach their personal goals.  Lessons, as well as buying and selling horses, are daily occurrences at the facility.  We endeavor to help everyone that wishes to become the best they can at showing, maintaining, and caring for their horses.  With all that said, we still find time for anyone with a horse that has a problem and needs help with it.

We like to match horses and riders to reach their full potentials.  Why do we concentrate so much on the young horses and riders?  It is simple – it is what we love to do.  At no other time in a horse’s life will you see so much improvement in such a short period of time.  Plus, it is very gratifying to see the horses and the riders blossom during the year.  It is always an enjoyment to see what kind of talent and fun they are going to have.

Harvey’s love for horses developed at an early age and was encouraged from a lifetime of family involvement.  He started in the 4-H which evolved into breed showing.  He has earned over 50 World and National Championship titles in the Appaloosa, Paint, and Quarter Horse Breed Associations.

Molly’s love of horses comes from a lifetime of owning and showing horses as well, until the time she had their son Tristan. After a brief hiatus, she resumed her show career with tremendous success.  Tristan, after earning 2 World Championships himself, has decided to start showing reining horses just like his Mom and Dad.

Hard work and commitment to their sport has paid off for Harvey and Molly, and will continue as long as there are horses to ride and people who want to learn.

With the newest addition to the training team, Chuck Bond as Assistant Trainer, they hope for continued successes with horses and riders.

Thank you,

Harvey, Molly, and Tristan
